These Terms govern your access to and use of Skinfile, including the mobile application, website, and related services.

What Skinfile Does

Skinfile turns skincare videos you save into structured routines — the steps and the products shown — and lets you keep a shelf of products and a private skin journal. You save a video from another app, and Skinfile analyzes the publicly available video to build the routine.

Not Medical or Professional Advice

Skinfile is for general informational and organizational purposes only. It does not provide medical, dermatological, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Routines and products shown in videos are not recommendations from Skinfile.

Skin can react to new products. Patch-test before use, read product labels and ingredients, and consult a qualified professional for any skin condition, allergy, persistent irritation, or before starting an active ingredient. Stop use and seek help if you experience a reaction.

Third-Party Content and Accuracy

Routines are generated automatically from third-party videos and other public metadata. Skinfile does not create, own, or endorse that content, and the videos and brands shown are the property of their respective owners. Automated extraction can be incomplete or wrong — always verify products, ingredients, and steps against the original source before acting on them.

Accounts and Eligibility

Saving routines requires an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your account secure. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use Skinfile.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Skinfile offers paid subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Prices, free trials, subscription periods, renewal terms, and included features are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Purchases, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Your Content

You are responsible for the notes, photos, and other content you add to Skinfile, and you should only add content you have the right to store and use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Skinfile, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt related systems, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the service for unlawful or infringing purposes.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Skinfile handles information, including how saving a video is processed, what stays on your device, accounts, purchases, and deletion controls. By using Skinfile, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Skinfile is provided "as available." We work to keep it useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any routine, product identification, or result will be complete or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Skinfile and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, or for any skin reaction or product outcome, arising from your use of Skinfile.

Changes and Availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Skinfile over time, and we may update these Terms when needed. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
