Skinfile support
Need a hand with Skinfile?
Contact us for help with saving routines, subscriptions, restoring purchases, account deletion, or anything else in the app.
Email hello@skinfile.app and include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.
Save a routine
In TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, tap Share on a skincare video and choose Skinfile. Come back to the app and your routine appears in your library.
A video wouldn't save
Private, deleted, or region-locked videos can't be read. Make sure the video is public and try sharing it again.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. View, cancel, or change your plan anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Restore purchases
Reinstalled or switched devices? Open Profile and tap Restore Purchases to bring back your Skinfile Pro access.
Your journal is private
Skin-journal photos and notes are stored on your device only. They are never uploaded or used to process videos.
Delete your account
Deleting the app removes local data from your device. To delete your account and its server-side records, email us and we'll process it.
