Need help with your skin journal?
Contact us for help with subscriptions, account deletion, privacy questions, dermatologist visit reports, app access, or anything else in Skinfile.
Email hello@skinfile.app and include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.
Export a Visit Report
Open Reports, choose a date range, review the report preview, then create the PDF. You control whether to share, save, or delete the generated file.
Delete Local Data
Open Settings, then choose Delete All Data. This removes local logs, photos stored inside logs, routine data, saved reports, reminders, appointment settings, local unlocks, and onboarding personalization.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can view, cancel, or update your plan in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Privacy
Skinfile stores your photos and logs locally on your device unless you choose to export, share, or enable optional encrypted backup.
Delete Cloud Account
If encrypted backup is enabled, open Settings and use Delete Cloud Account to remove the backend account record and encrypted backup blobs.
Restore Purchases
Use Restore Purchases from the paywall for active subscriptions. Report export is included with Skinfile Pro.
